At Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, Storer develops distinct programming, such as hula dancing and lei making classes. She also curates local experts to manage onsite sessions, like a celestial navigator who regularly teaches guests about the power of the night sky.

Storer was an integral part in making the exclusive storyline for the resort’s multi-course luxury luau, Feast at Mokapu. Entertainers showcase the backstory of Hawaii’s Polynesian ancestors arriving on Maui and settling into their lives through music and native dance.

Additionally, the new Hawaiian culture and training specialist is facilitating continuous charitable efforts to support the Pu’u Kukui Watershed preservation, Maui Nui Botanical Gardens and Kaho’olawe Island Reserve Commission. The Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association recently recognized Andaz Maui as the 2019 recipient of the Sustainability Achievement award.
