In addition to growing activity sales, Lefebvre’s primary responsibilities will include vendor and guest relations, management of the concierge and briefing teams, quality control of products and services offered to guests, new business development and all revenue streams on both islands, including destination management services for corporate groups and incentives.
Lefebvre has more than 10 years of business management expertise. His most recent experience in the hospitality industry includes Hawaii eco-activities, project management coordination, API and POS software, trade show presentations and accounting. Originally from Chicago, the multi-lingual Lefebvre has resided in Maui for more than 10 years.
As concierge manager for Maui and Kauai, Lefebvre will work closely with Pleasant Holidays’ hotel and activity partners to assure the Pleasant Activities Centers and concierges located throughout Maui and Kaui are optimized to their full potential.
