Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced its celebration of its 125th anniversary, with an entire year of celebrations from September 2012 onwards. Paying homage to the milestone, the youngest member of the Raffles family, Raffles Praslin Seychelles, has created a five day VIP experience, inviting guests to spend “125 hours in paradise”.
The VIP package includes: arrival on the island of Praslin by private plane, five nights in the Royal Panoramic Villa Suite, and visit to the Raffles Spa. Other features include: drinks at the rooftop Takamaka Terrace, a helicopter flight over the archipelago, an excursion to UNESCO World Heritage Site the Vallée de Mai, and a private luxury cruise.
The Raffles Praslin Seychelles is an all-villa resort spread over 30 acres of land on the island of Praslin, in the Seychelles archipelago. The resort features 86 pool villas, a selection of restaurants, and a rooftop lounge. The resort boasts the first signature Raffles branded spa, which features 13 spa treatment pavilions.
Raffles Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio currently comprises nine luxurious properties, from secluded resorts to city hotels in key locations around the world: in Singapore, Cambodia, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles and Paris. There will be openings in Istanbul, the Maldives, Indonesia, the Philippines and China scheduled over the next two years.
