The “Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating, Vibrant Living Retreat” has been launched by Red Mountain Resort as an attempt to “take you away from your busy life to dig deep and explore mindful eating and vibrant living”.
The all-inclusive five night retreat package includes: five nights lodging; “Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating” workshops and retreat activities with founder Michelle May, M.D.; three meals daily; daily guided morning hikes; unlimited fitness classes; healthy life classes and events; personal discovery activities; “Eat Well, Feel Well” cooking demonstrations; complimentary in-room high-speed Internet; and use of indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, bicycles, walking trails, strength and cardio studios and other amenities.
