Centara Hotels and Resorts will welcome guests on December 1 to the Centara Blue Marine Resort and Spa Phuket after major renovations. The hotel is located on the northern end of Patong Beach on Kalim Bay, and it will bring the total number of Centara Hotels in Thailand to 46. Centara Hotels and Resorts assumed management of the hotel in January of this year.

The hotel features newly designed accommodations, hotel lobby, and hotel lounge. The new hotel boasts two restaurants, Blue Horizons, which serves international dishes and Tropics Restaurant, which is a more casual dining experience. The hotel also has the ability to hold events. The Mediterranean Room, a meeting room, can hold up to 180 guests. In addition, there are various outdoor locations for smaller gatherings.
