The new Book this Quote tool can convert quotes for products bookable online, whether the quotes originated online or in the call center.
Key features include:
- Navigate via the home page of the agent-only websites, or under “View Your Itinerary” within the quote
- Quotes remain accessible online for a 30-day period from original quote under “My Bookings”
- A single quote can be used to generate multiple bookings, so travel advisors can create sample quotes with popular itinerary components to expedite the booking process of similar vacation packages for multiple clients
- When changes transpire between creating the quote and converting it to a booking, an alert appears at the top of the page so that alternative options can be reviewed and confirmed
