Tourism Fiji Hires New Trade Partnerships Manager for North America

Tourism Fiji has announced the appointment of Brianna McCarthy as its new trade partnerships manager for North America. With her impressive background in destination marketing and successful track record driving North American travelers to the South Pacific region, McCarthy brings valuable industry expertise and key trade relationships to her new role with Tourism Fiji.

With nearly a decade of experience in trade marketing for destinations, including holding similar roles at Tourism New Zealand and Tourism Australia, McCarthy will play a pivotal role in driving Fiji’s presence with partnership opportunities in the North American market. Her sound experience in trade education, FAM trips, trade shows and digital marketing will enable her to be a valuable asset to the Tourism Fiji team and its goal of driving more visitation to Fiji from the North American market.

McCarthy will be the point of contact for all travel distribution partners and will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies for the U.S. and Canada markets to promote Fiji as a premier travel destination for North American tourists. She will also oversee Tourism Fiji’s Matai 2.0 training platform for travel advisors.
