Boasting a decidedly fututuristic flair with LED-lit shoji screens, the kaleidoscopic energy is echoed by the menu which offers decadent rolls with creative combos of ingredients including the Futoma-Ki with spinach and house-made kimchi or the Yerba Buena with asparagus and wasabi oil.
