Dorchester Collection Collaborates With Instagram Influencers

Dorchester Collection is introducing #DCmoments City Guides, a digital amenity created through collaboration between the hotels in the portfolio and select Instagram content creators for the best travel and lifestyle posts on social media.

#DCmoments City Guides is designed to point guests where they should go to explore and engage with their surroundings. Available immediately to guests and accessible via complimentary download from the website, the new #DCmoments City Guides for London, Paris, Milan, Rome and Los Angeles provides tips from the content creators and an interactive map of the locations. The guides are optimized to be consulted in the Apple Book application for iPhones and iPads.

To compile its #DCmoments City Guides, Dorchester Collection has collaborated with Pathport, an invitation-only collective of creative influencers.

The cities, the influencers and samples of what guests will discover include:

London

A Swiss photographer based in London, Alexandra Lhermite-Schwass (@whatalexloves) brings an international background to her passion for travel, using photography to encapsulate the places she falls in love with. In London she recommends spots in Marylebone, Kew Gardens and Somerset House.

Paris

Currently living in Amsterdam, Polina Burashnikova (@polabur) is a Russian travel blogger who shares daily travel inspiration on Instagram as well as recommendations from her numerous trips around the world. In Paris she suggests sights, including Palais Garnier, La Maison Rose and Musée Bourdelle.

Milan

Born in Italy, Elisa (@ElyyyM) is an advertising graphic designer whose passion for photography dates back to her childhood. She started shooting with a vintage camera, and the hobby bloomed into her Instagram account. Among the things Elisa loves most are travel, food and culture. Sights she recommends in Italy's capital of fashion and design include Lùbar, Villaggio Operaio and Fondazione Prada.

Rome

Nicolee Drake (@cucinadigitale) is a California transplant based in Rome, Italy. She is a professional photographer specialising in travel and lifestyle. When she's not capturing Rome, she is travelling the world. For guests exploring the Eternal City, she proposes sights such as Palazzo Barberini, Biblioteca Angelica and Chez Dédé.

Los Angeles
