Miraval Launches Miraval Journeys

Miraval—the resort and spa in Tucson, AZ —has launched Miraval Journeys, a series of curated, private adventure tours. Led by Miraval’s tour partner David Smith in conjunction with local experts, the journeys include classes facilitated by specialists accompanying the tours.

The first Miraval Journey will take place in Croatia and Bosnia from October 15 – 24. In addition to exploring marketplaces and learning about the history of these cities, guests also get to try local culinary experiences, including fresh fish caught off the coast and vegetables grown by local farmers. (We hear that upcoming excursions will include Morocco.)

Nice touch: Miraval's MaryGrace Naughton and Coach Leigh Weinraub will also be there to facilitate yoga, meditation and reflection. Activities on the trip will include:
Miraval Yoga & Meditation classes and private sessions
Sessions and lectures focusing on mindfulness and positive psychology
Local cuisine
Sunset cruise through Old Town Dubrovnik
Panoramic ride on Old Town Dubrovnik’s newly refurbished Sky Gondola
A visit to the healing site of Medjugorje
