Scott Dunn Introduces Travel Tour Lineup for 2018

Following last year’s Seriously Special travel collection, Scott Dunn has introduced its follow-up for summer 2018: Seriously Special – The Experiences. The new lineup includes over 50 travel packages to destinations around the world.

The new collection breaks down the trips into six categories: Sport & Adrenaline, Food & Wine, Guides & Experts, Immersive, Wildlife and Wilderness. Travel packages include a food tour of Spain, an adventure in Bolivia’s salt flats, a skiing trip through historic World War I sites in the Dolomites, a Spitfire plane experience in England and a variety of tours with expert chefs and photographers.

In Spain, participants will receive a Michelin-star cooking class in San Sebastián, take guided city tours, visit Michelin-star fine dining restaurants, go bar and ‘pinxto’ hopping, eat at farm-to-table establishments in Mallorca and take a tapas-tasting tour of Seville. Guests on this five-night trip will travel the country aboard a private jet and stay in luxury hotels such as Hotel Alfonso XIII and the Hotel Marques de Riscal.

Travelers can also choose Scott Dunn’s four-night adventure trip in Chile and Bolivia. In Chile, guests will tour Chile’s winelands and make their way to Lake Titicaca. Then, in Bolivia, they will take a two-night trip in an Airstream trailer through the Salar de Uyuni salt flats, accompanied by a private chef and guide. Along the way, travelers can visit local communities, hike volcanoes, visit an 800-year-old Atmara fortresses and see pre-Incan tombs called chullpas.

Skiing through the Dolomites, participants in this World War I-focused tour will visit South Tyrol and Mount Col di Lana, stopping in museums and seeing historic artifacts, trenches and forts. The three-night trip can include a local English-speaking guide.

In Bhutan, families can take a ten-day trip visiting Buddhist monasteries. Here kids can meet monks their own age and learn about their daily life. Scott Dunn is also offering a four-night trip in England. Visitors can golf at Championship courses, shoot clay-pigeons and see sites from the Battle of Britain from aboard a spitfire plane.

Scott Dunn is also offering ‘flying chefs’ and ‘flying photographer’ trips. With these experiences, guests can book professionals to accompany them on their trips. Chefs Monica Galetti, Pierre Koffmann, Andrew Wong, Anthony Genovese, Tristan Welch and Mauro Colagreco, as well as photographer Jon Nicholson, are available for travelers to choose from.
