SkySafari By Elewana Collection Now Offering Private Buyouts

SkySafari has announced the launch of private plane buyout safari experiences for 2021, offering set itineraries to camps and lodges in Kenya and Tanzania in collaboration with Elewana Collection. Guests will enjoy business class comfort, safety and convenience aboard SkySafari’s nine-seater executive-class Cessna Caravan, allowing them to have complete privacy and security in-flight.

SkySafari will continue to offer shared scheduled departures; however due to demand for private travel experiences, SkySafari has launched two itineraries that are priced for full buyout of the plane from two to nine passengers. The seven-night exclusive Tanzania Classic starts at $12,469 for a couple and up to $7,294 per person for a full plane of nine passengers. The Exclusive Kenya Classic Itinerary starts from $12,863, per person for two passengers and $6,674, per person, for a full plane. The pricing includes seven-nights’ accommodation on full board (including drinks), SkySafari flights, transfers and park fees.

All SkySafari passengers enjoy a fast-track airport experience, butler service at all of the properties, full buyout of a private safari vehicle while on safari, as well as only one check-in and checkout during the journey.

SkySafari Classic in Tanzania starts at the Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge, with accommodation in one of the Plantation Houses located amongst the coffee bushes. Guests then join the SkySafari plane to transfer to Elewana Tarangire Treetops, where elevated rooms built into the Baobab trees offer views of Tarangire National Park. The journey continues to Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro, part of a huge coffee estate with Cape Dutch-style farmhouses, and day trips to the UNESCO World Heritage Ngorongoro Crater before concluding at either Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp or Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp, depending on which is nearer the famous annual migration at the time. SkySafari Tanzania departs every other day with a minimum of two confirmed guests.

The SkySafari Classic Kenya journey begins with overnight in Nairobi and includes two nights at Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, bordering Amboseli National Park, two nights at Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp in the impressive 56,000-acre Loisaba Conservancy—one of Kenya’s most important elephant corridors—and two nights at Elewana Sand River Masai Mara. SkySafari Kenya departs every other day with a minimum of two confirmed guests.
