Nicola Butler, managing director at NoteWorthy, stopped by our offices to talk about what’s new at the London-based concierge company.

NoteWorthy has been designing personal itineraries for visitors to Great Britain and Ireland since 1986. Services include providing customized accommodations for guests, high-profile meet and greets, and a private concierge that can make reservations and give advice on the best places to shop.

Now, after receiving many client requests over the years, it has launched a bespoke chauffeur service.

The team is made up of former servicemen and women from Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. Drivers wear tailored suits by Roderick Charles and Emma Willis, as well as their own regimental ties as a symbol of their connection with the British Armed Forces — the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force.

Fleet vehicles include Jaguar XJs and Range Rovers; the company also provides multipurpose vehicles and luxury coaches for larger groups.

NoteWorthy has also launched its London and Paris collection. Now, clients traveling between the two cities will be accompanied by a private bilingual guide during their time in London and then board the Eurostar for streamlined rail service to Paris.

Camilla Davidson is responsible for access, concierge and events at NoteWorthy. Her background in luxury party planning has given her an extensive network of contacts in both London and Paris.

“We want to provide these services to our clients while eliminating the ‘culture shock’ of traveling between the U.K. and Paris,” Davidson said.

NoteWorthy, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year, provides a wide variety of services to clients, including arranging visits to Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, and private introductions to the Household Cavalry.

“We want to continue to provide fresh, diverse offerings for travelers … even those ‘little extras’ are very important,” said Butler.

For visitors interested in arts and culture, NoteWorthy arranges private tours of the National Theatre, guided antique market visits, and can schedule a private sketching session at the Tate Modern.

Outdoor and special event experiences include a sea plane lunch in Loch Lomond, private meet and greets with British aristocracy, and access to Members’ Day at the Chelsea Flower Show. NoteWorthy can also schedule private visits to the Mosimann Academy and arrange perfume customization appointments at Floris.
