KLM to Serve More U.S. Destinations This Winter

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced that it will operate additional services to destinations in the United States this winter. The announcement comes on the heels of the U.S.’s decision to grant vaccinated travelers from the E.U. and U.K. access to the country beginning November. The Dutch government has also decided to withdraw previously announced quarantine regulations for vaccinated travelers from the U.S. KLM had earlier been forced to cancel flights due to these regulations.

The easing of restrictions prompted the airline's decision to resume service to Las Vegas and Miami from December 7. Passengers to these destinations, who were previously rebooked, can contact KLM for a free rebooking to these direct flights.

KLM’s flight KL0627 will fly from Amsterdam to Miami on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing the Dutch capital at 10:20 a.m. and arriving in Miami at 2:20 p.m. the following day. Flight KL0628 will depart from Miami on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 4:30 pm and arrive in Amsterdam the next day at 6:50 a.m.

KL0635 will operate the Amsterdam to Las Vegas flights, departing Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from Amsterdam at 12:35 p.m. and arriving in Las Vegas at 2:10 p.m. the following day. KL0636 will operate from Las Vegas to Amsterdam, departing Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 3:59 p.m. and arriving in the Dutch capital at 10:50 a.m. the next day.

KLM had previously announced that it would expand its winter schedule with services to four new destinations, Cancun (Mexico), Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago), Bridgetown (Barbados) and Mombasa (Kenya).
