Tropical Villa Vacations, a Maui-based company specializing in luxury home and villa rentals, has launched its first villa equipped with Smart TV technology.
The three-bedroom 3.5-bath “Bella Luna” at Wailea Beach Villas now boasts a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV featuring 2D and 3D HD viewing, voice and gesture control options, and unlimited Netflix programming via HD BluRay DVD player. It also allows guests to browse the Web and access photos or music from digital cameras, cell phones, and computers. The newly-upgraded villa also features 55 to 60 inch Samsung LED HD televisions in the two master bedrooms, 3D television in the third bedroom, a gourmet kitchen, telescope for whale watching, and a private terrace with Viking gas BBQ grill.
Bella Luna is one of Tropical Villa Vacations’ collection of residences at Wailea Beach Villas, a beachfront residential villa resort comprised of 98 private residences set on 11 acres on Wailea Beach. Twenty-two of the villas are privately managed by Tropical Villa Vacations.
The gated resort community features manicured gardens, two heated swimming pools, two outdoor whirlpool spas, an elaborate fitness center, activity room, business center, beach services, pool attendants, and 24-hour security. Bella Luna accommodates up to six people.
