Velas Vallarta, in Puerto Vallarta, is launching a new Checkout Concierge service that’s designed to make guests feel like VIPs specifically at the end of their stay and to make their transition back home is as smooth as possible.
One day prior to their departure, guests will be assigned a checkout concierge dedicated to an effortless lead-up to their departure. The concierge can handle a range of airline related services, from printing boarding passes, handling extra-luggage payments, picking seat selections, handling wheelchair needs and arranging airport transfers. For those who need to ship materials home, the concierge offers a complimentary fragile packing service, complete with bubble wrap options.
Late check-out requests can be coordinated through your checkout concierge, which is typically done when the concierge is confirming pre-arranged pick-ups for guests through travel agencies. To send their guests off right, the concierge also gives guests a complimentary travel bag with house-made cookies to go for their flight and bottles of water for the airport.
The new checkout concierge service is provided complimentary to all guests of the 10-acre oceanfront resort. Nightly rates at the Velas Vallarta include suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, fitness center access, taxes, gratuities and checkout concierge services.
