Casas Latinas Unveils Two Spanish Villa Estates

Casas Latinas has unveiled additions to its portfolio: Finca Cadaquès on the Costa Brava in Spain, and Fincadelica in Ibiza. Both the Spanish luxury estate villas are available for exclusive hire.

Finca Cadaquès is a villa estate on a private clifftop by the Cap de Creus nature reserve in Northeastern Spain and offers views of the Mediterranean. Available for private hire, the villa is great for a summer or autumn holiday. Since the 1950s, Cadaquès, an isolated fishing village, has been an important cultural meeting point, where artists including Marcel Duchamp, Man Ray and Picasso, were attracted by the landscapes, as well as by Salvador Dalí, with his legendary studio in the nearby Port Lligat.

Built in 1962, Villa Cadaquès has10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an infinity pool with its own pool-house and summer kitchen. The salon includes a library, a fireplace, a music area with piano, harp and guitar, and an office, ideal for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, two dishwashers, wine cellar and barbecue. There are three dining areas each seating up to 12 persons.

Additional amenities include a heated pool, pool house with shower room, outdoor kitchen, audio system, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and Wi-Fi. Guests can go boating, kayaking, scuba diving and hiking or play golf. Tip: Villa Cadaquès is just a five-minute walk from the Salvador Dali House Museum. The center of Cadaquès is a 20-minute walk away.

Fincadelica in Ibiza is a 300-year-old Ibicencan farmstead with an ancient stone tower set amongst 20 acres of land in Sant Lorenc de Balafia in the heart of the island.

The villa estate has nine bedroom suites; outdoor living and dining spaces amongst the terraces of carob, orange and almond trees; indoor dining and relaxing areas; a 42-foot saltwater swimming pool with panoramic views across the Ibizan countryside; dedicated fitness and wellness areas for yoga and spa treatments; greenhouses dedicated to permaculture, biodynamics and electro culture farming providing farm-to-table biodynamic produce for the estate; a private boat house at nearby Cala Xarraca bay with exclusive use of a self-drive 16-foot boat; large, serviced bar; traditional stone pizza oven and charcoal oven; a tipi for holistic ceremonies and meditation; and an underground party cave complete with DJ equipment and sound system. The room works equally well for movie nights.

Suites include the Tower Suite, set across two floors of Fincadelica’s ancient stone tower and accessed by a historic stone staircase. On the first floor is a light-flooded bedroom with a vast circular bed and above, a private living area with an oversized, lounging sofa. This secluded space opens up onto a sun-soaked roof terrace with day beds and 360-degree views of Ibiza’s countryside.

Therapists are on call to provide reiki, massage, acupuncture, reflexology and somatic healing. A concierge manager, daily breakfast and lunch are available on request. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, neutral hidden speakers and solar panels, and security video cameras throughout.
