Onefinestay Launches Flexible Monthly Rentals in New York

For stays of 30 nights or more, Onefinestay has launched monthly stays in New York with 16 homes available to book and many more being added over the coming months. Offering fully furnished leases with all utilities included along with Onefinestay’s dedicated concierge service and guest support, the new collection debuts in the "Big Apple." Through Onefinestay’s concierge services, guests will have the opportunity to avail of on additional services including housekeeping, private chefs, in-home spa treatments and more.

The new rental product for New York includes flexibility on extending or terminating leases, besides a straightforward application process. Traditional leases in the city often stipulated a minimum of six months with no flexibility, whereas Onefinestay captures the sweet spot in the luxury rental market for stays with no limit on the length of stay as well as the opportunity to go by the day.

Set within a late 19th-century building and nestled amid the cobblestoned streets of West Village, Waverly Place is a six-bedroom home adorned with vivid art pieces and one-of-a-kind furnishings, complete with a two-level roof deck where guests can enjoy views of the Empire State Building.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Spring Street Pearl sits in the heart of Soho, Manhattan. Inside, guests will find an interior bathed in natural light, illuminating a perfectly polished mother-of-pearl floor throughout the home. The open-plan layout is spacious, and the collection of artworks and antique furnishings complement its crisp color palette.

Richardson Street is a cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offering spectacular views across Manhattan’s skyline. Elevated above the leafy residential streets of Park Slope and its collection of independent boutiques and bars, this contemporary city home offers four terraces, totaling over 1,000 square feet of private outdoor space.

Originally built in 1901, Chelsea Green has been restored with a blend of modern and classic features. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features soaring high ceilings along with exposed brick walls, and offers views of the leafy Chelsea streets below. Nearby attractions include art galleries and eateries.
