Top Villas, a luxury villa rental provider operating in the U.K. and U.S., has launched its newest platform, Luxury Villa Rentals. It allows travel advisors to share the company’s portfolio of over 10,000 properties with their customers, without the risk of being cut out of the booking process.
The new platform is designed to be unbranded so that advisors can share necessary travel details with clients without sharing any information that could lead to these customers booking directly instead. Launched in November 2023, the platform already has 15,000 travel advisors signed up for its service.
The system offers live availability and rates to its users, ensuring advisors always have the latest information. Additional features include enhanced search functionality, interactive maps and comprehensive filters, so travel advisors can find the perfect luxury property for their clients. The website’s optimized mobile interface also allows advisors’ clientele to embark on a “virtual journey” through the company’s portfolio of villas. Full home descriptions, detailed lists of amenities, high-quality and engaging visuals, as well as immersive walkthroughs are all made readily available so that clients can gain a comprehensive understanding of each property.
Good to know: The site will be gaining new features soon. During the first half of 2024, full customization will be added to the site, allowing advisors to have their own logo, domain, bespoke inquiry forms, contact details, and the ability to pick and choose destinations on the platform. These updates aim to enhance the user experience further as the platform continues to grow.
