Celebrated Experiences has officially launched Celebrated France, marking a significant expansion into one of the world’s most important travel destinations. This new division strengthens Celebrated Experiences' ability to greater support travel advisor clients while making a positive impact on destination partners across France. Following nearly two years of preparation, Celebrated France launches with 47 Celebrated Hotels, more than 60 Celebrated Guides, and a range of curated experiences such as cookery classes, private boat excursions and behind-the-scenes experiences with local artisans.
The decision to introduce Celebrated France was driven by growing demand from the company’s travel advisor clients, who saw it as a natural extension to its existing services of booking hotels, guides, experiences and complete itineraries in England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. Celebrated France will also offer these bespoke travel services. The initial regions of focus are Paris, Normandy, Provence and the French Riviera, as well as the Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Loire Valley and more.
The official launch event was held October 21 at Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel, with attendees including elite travel advisors such as Jeremy Sulek and Lindsey Epperly (owners of Jetset World Travel), Jamo Ladd (vice president of sales with Avenue Two Travel) and Beth Flowers an independent contractor at Brownell Travel). Many Celebrated Hotels and Celebrated Guides were also present, showcasing the best of French luxury travel.
Celebrated Experiences has also expanded its team, welcoming two Paris-based experts, Julia Sidko and Maria Maksimova. The France expansion has also been supported by Chief Revenue Officer Ty Horn, Director of European Operations Chris Ward and President Samantha Betancourt. At launch, the hotel Collection includes many of the most iconic hotels in France such as Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel; Le Bristol Paris; Hôtel Lutetia; Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris; La Réserve Paris Hôtel & Spa; Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet's; Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes; The Maybourne Riviera; Château La Chenevière; Le Negresco Nice; and Hôtel Château de La Chèvre d’Or. The Collection will grow, with plans to add three dozen more properties in the coming months. In addition to its hotel partners, Celebrated France features a roster of guides, offering both walking and driver-guided experiences.
