As part of its growth strategy, First in Service Travel Ltd. (F1S) said it is expanding its operations in its three primary markets: New York City, where it is headquartered; Toronto, hub for F1S Canada; and Miami, which serves as its gateway to Latin America. While the centerpiece of the expansion will be the new F1S headquarters at 444 Madison Avenue, the company recently opened its new Canadian home office in Toronto at 1200 Bay Street, and F1S will soon open new space in Miami at 2950 SW 27th Avenue; each location is designed to better accommodate and create a greater sense of community for F1S travel advisors.
Additionally, First in Service is also expanding its virtual operations in other markets, including Vancouver and Montreal in Canada, as well as in Mexico City, to provide increased support for F1S advisors located in or near each.
About the Offices
Located in New York’s Midtown on Madison Avenue, the new F1S Headquarters will open on July 1. Located just a block south of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in an art deco landmark, the headquarters will occupy the building’s 30th floor. With more than 5,000 square feet, the F1S office will offer space for advisor meetings and travel events with supplier partners.
Set in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood, the new F1S Canada Hub is on the building’s ninth floor provides approximately 3,500 square feet of space. After opening in December with six travel advisors, it is already home to 40, and the office offers additional room for further expansion.
As for the new F1S office in Miami, it will be located in the Coconut Grove neighborhood. It will open July 1 with 1,800 square feet of space.
