Travel Edge Adds Director of Business Development, Signing Bonus

Travel Edge has announced Shannon Whitebread joins the company as its new director of business development. Whitebread will be responsible for exploring the advisor landscape, analyzing target markets and identifying prospective opportunities with the objective of driving Travel Advisor acquisition. 

 

Whitebread joins Travel Edge with a history of working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry. She comes from Insight Vacations, where she collaborated with top travel industry partners to oversee effective strategic relationships with national account sales executives and managers. 

“I’m excited about the opportunity to be part of the team at Travel Edge; This is a difficult time for the travel community, and we are here for those looking for a premiere luxury agency,” said Whitebread in an official release.

In combination with the appointment of Shannon Whitebread, Travel Edge is launching a new signing bonus program for advisors looking to join the luxury agency. The Travel Edge bonus program not only rewards the new luxury travel advisor, but also the Travel Advisor who recommended them for the network.

Travel Edge is a $750 million company specializing in leisure, corporate ad events, and tours travel. The leisure division has 10 offices in the U.S., Canada and Bermuda, with over 750 expert advisors.
