Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas will begin taking reservations for its Private Retreats collection located within the resort community of Costa Palmas on the less-traveled East Cape of Los Cabos. Spread over 1,500 acres, Four Seasons Resort and Residences are located on two miles of beachfront and Four Seasons’ first-ever private marina on the Sea of Cortez along the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, providing access to national marine park and UNESCO World Heritage Site Cabo Pulmo, along with land and sea adventures.
The Costa Palmas Marina Village is located in the heart of Costa Palmas international marina, adjacent to Four Seasons Resort and Residences. The concept is designed to be a marketplace that works together as retail spaces, open pavilions, restaurants and cafés that open onto a central plaza to create a lively gathering place.
Anchoring the community is Mozza Baja at Costa Palmas in partnership with James Beard Foundation Award winner, author and restaurateur Nancy Silverton. The Marina Village is also home to newly opened nightclub and lounge, Chiki.
Guests of Four Seasons have direct access to sailing, fishing and cruising yachts. From direct access to Cabo Pulmo, considered to be one of the best diving and snorkeling sites in the world, to sunset cruises and guided sport and spearfishing adventures, Four Seasons offers private marina access.
The Los Cabos Private Retreats collection offers a range of accommodations for up to 18 guests, each with private pools and indoor-outdoor entertainment space. It includes:
- Oceanfront Six-Bedroom Villa (7,653 square feet) – The six-bedroom, six full bathroom unit from Guerin Glass Architects includes one powder room in addition to one staff bedroom and bathroom with a configuration of five king beds and two queen beds. The villa features a chef’s kitchen, a heated pool and whirlpool, in addition to full access to Four Seasons and Costa Palmas amenities. An architectural focal point, a floor-to-ceiling curved glass wall anchors the residence.
- Oceanfront Six-Bedroom Villa (12,304 square feet) – The six-bedroom, six full bathroom unit includes one powder room, one staff bedroom and bathroom with a configuration of four king beds and four singles. The villa is set on land adjacent to the dunes and the sea, located in a quiet neighborhood of Costa Palmas. It offers a gourmet kitchen, heated pool and whirlpool—all a five-minute walk from the resort. With the windows fully sliding out, there is no division between the interior and the outdoor space.
- Oceanview Six-Bedroom Villa (9,246 square feet) – Six-bedroom, seven full bathroom units feature multi-level luxury living surrounded by views of the Sea of Cortez and the surround Sierra de la Laguna mountains
- Oasis Five-Bedroom Villa (9,255 square feet) – Five-bedroom, six full bathroom units feature a private infinity pool surrounded by Costa Palmas Golf Club and an estuary. Located in a private neighborhood within the resort, it is only a short golf cart ride to Four Seasons and the beach
- Prime Ocean View Four-Bedroom Residence (5,016 square feet) – The four-bedroom, five full bathroom unit offers floor-to-ceiling windows and is just steps from the dock—perfect for a private yacht experience
- Ocean View Four-Bedroom Residence (4,047 square feet) – The four-bedroom, five full bathroom unit has an outdoor barbecue and plunge pool, and is steps from the East Cape beach
- Prime Ocean View Three-Bedroom Residence (3,842 square feet) –Three-bedroom, four bathroom unit features private marina access, a private terrace pool and an outdoor dining area
- Three Bedroom Beachfront Presidential Villa (3,475 square feet) –The three-bedroom, three full bathroom stand-alone unit is located on the beach and features three private plunge pools for each bedroom, and a large infinity family pool that melts into the Sea of Cortez
- Prime Ocean View Two-Bedroom Residence (2,842 square feet) – The two-bedroom, three full bathroom units located on the first and second floors feature private terraces, plunge pools and backdoor access to the Costa Palmas private marina
All Private Retreats include access to a butler, a private chef upon request and Four Seasons MANDIL program, which provides guests with fresh and local recipe boxes.
