The Point Luxury Villa, located on a beachfront point in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica, has opened its doors.
Tucked away on a point between two white sand beaches, The Point greets guests with palms and water gardens. It has seven oceanfront bedrooms with outdoor patios; the Master Bedroom is the largest room in the house and has a 270-degree view of the Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Here, guests can enjoy a soak in the tub or an eight-spout waterfall shower. Complete with Pacific sunsets, the room has with a spacious balcony and hand-carved custom-made four-post king bed.
Suites I through V offer oceanfront patios with modern living spaces, luxury furniture pieces, mini kitchens, indoor and outdoor showers, and Moroccan-style hammocks. A TV sala and living room offer custom-made leather sofas, double sitting chairs and a 60-inch television. A fully equipped, professional-grade kitchen has granite countertops and offers two moveable bar stations, two wine coolers, a large outdoor BBQ grill, commercial style smoker and small service kitchen.
The dining area offers ocean views and a custom-made, single-tree dining table. Palms and fruit trees surround the large infinity pool and deck, complete with comfortable chairs, a gazebo and a fire pit.
Good to know: Daily housekeeping, groundskeeping and 24/7 concierge services are included in the stay. Upon arrival, the fridge will be stocked to guests’ preference. In addition, a fresh breakfast is made daily; and beach gear, from chairs and boogie boards, are available, as is a golf cart. Roundtrip airport ground transportation by way of a Mercedes Benz van is provided by a bilingual driver and 24x7 neighborhood security is always on call.
Guests can upgrade to the "Limitless Service Package" for additional services, including a five-star chef offering 24/7 breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full service bar; arrival and departure by helicopter or charter plane; a personal driver for up to 12 passengers; a full gym and personal trainer; on-demand massage therapist; or a professional full-time nanny. They can also enjoy a few days away at sea on The Point’s 51-foot PowerCat luxury catamaran with two levels, full wet bar, sun bed, grill, fishing poles, SUPs and surf boards.
