Celebrated Experiences Debuts New Homestay Division

Celebrated Experiences has launched a new division of the company, Celebrated Homes, a collection of 200-plus residences available to rent in England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales.

In launching this new product, Celebrated Experiences aimed to differentiate from other portfolios of residences. Jonathan Epstein, CEO of Celebrated Experiences, said in a statement: “Our Collection of Homes is vetted, managed and memorable. These are diverse properties that must meet our high standards. They are also managed locally either with an on-site team or support staff nearby. Our goal is for guests to have independence and privacy but never feel like they are on their own.”

The Collection contains ultra-luxury options, such as historic castles and exclusive country estates; they also include a number of curated, smaller properties like updated cottages and city-center apartments. Epstein added: “Our 2020 motto has been ‘don’t waste a pandemic,’ and our team has worked hard to innovate, so we can be even better partners for our travel advisor clients.”

Over the past decade there has been a growing trend toward luxury travelers craving greater diversity of accommodation options when traveling to Europe in addition to hotels. This trend has accelerated during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Good to know: Quite a few of the private residences within Celebrated Homes are larger properties (eight to 20 rooms). Celebrated Experiences says this makes them a fit for the growing “celebration market,” which can include large family gatherings or groups of friends traveling together.

Celebrated Experiences is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2020. The company designs personalized itineraries that include stays at four- and five-star Celebrated Hotels, as well as a team of drivers and guides. The company has also developed experiences in collaboration with its destination partners across England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales.
