Hotel de Crillon, ParisWe’re thrilled that Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is returning to London this October (read all about the Rosewood London’s Belle Epoque style here.) And the City of Light might be up next. Today Le Figaro in Paris broke the story that the Hotel de Crillon’s Saudi owners are in exclusive negotiations with Rosewood to take over management of the property starting in Spring 2015. This would mark the first time Rosewood arrives in the French capital.

Situated on the Place de la Concorde near the U.S. embassy, the palace hotel was slated to undergo a two-year renovation project at the end of last year, much like its competitor, The Ritz Paris. That project has been postponed until March 31, 2013. For more information, visit
