Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa Unveils Wellness Offerings

Aleenta Phuket Phang Nga Resort & Spa has announced the recent acquisition of its official medical license as the property expands its health and wellness offerings. The resort has welcomed a resident doctor, a nurse and a “master healer” named Khun Lak—a holistic doctor with over 20 years of experience in medicine and wellness. The medical team at the resort will assist guests with multidisciplinary practices and restorative treatments, encompassing diet and nutrition, mental wellbeing, physical fitness and medical guidance.

Overlooking the Andaman Sea and located along the Natai Beach, just 25 minutes north from Phuket international airport, the resort operates on a suite-only basis. Guests can opt for one of 62 suites or a four-bedroom beachfront villa. Facilities include an infinity pool, private beach and restaurant, besides Ayurah Spa & Wellness Centre offering retreats and activities including yoga, Pilates and Muay Thai.

New retreats led by the resort’s practitioners include: “Breathing Vitality,” “Weight Optimization” and “Stress & Pain Reduction CBD Retreat.” Each retreat is bookable for a variety of lengths (between five and 21 days), and begins with a wellness assessment comprising a bioimpedance analysis, blood pressure and sugar checks, skin analysis, Thai element analysis and chakra reading to craft a customized treatment plan and itinerary.

Guests can book a five-, 14-, or 21-night “Breathing Recovery & Immunity Boosting Program.” This retreat focuses on enhancing immune system performance and breathing practices to ensure healthy, strong lungs and cleaner lifestyle habits. The retreat offers consultations, assessments, medical check-ups, nutritionist-approved meals, detox juice and supplements, daily exercise sessions, oxygen therapy and spa treatments, coupled with daily mindfulness practices, breathing exercises with a wellness practitioner and wellness cooking classes.

The 14-night “Weight Optimization Program” also begins with wellness assessments, medical consultations and check-ups. It takes guests on a physical and mental journey, through insightful lifestyle and nutritional changes, with the aim of effective weight loss. All meals will be planned by a nutritionist. Guests will have the option of daily cardio-vascular training, three oxygen therapies and aquatic aerobic sessions per day, besides breath-work sessions. This will be followed by a firming spa treatment and hydrotherapy treatment. Those who wish to explore beyond their itinerary can book further adventures, tours, activities and integrative medical treatments if needed.

The “Stress & Pain Reduction CBD Retreat” focuses on treating and healing pain, stress and sleep management, and is tailored to suit individuals’ needs. Bookable for an option of three, five, or seven nights, this program incorporates restorative, medical-grade extract and cannabis-infused oil massages, hemp seed oil facials, bath and body treatments, immersive yoga, sound healing ceremonies and meditations and a personalized plant-based diet.

Rates for the retreats are per person per night on a full-board basis.
