Auberge Resorts Collection has announced pre-sale reservations for the Vineyard Homes at Stanly Ranch, Napa Valley’s newest five-star residential offering. Sales for the first release of Vineyard Homes will commence this month with a starting price in the high $4 millions. Stanly Ranch will also begin accepting reservations for its second residential offering, a collection of furnished villas, later in 2021.
Embodying a “New Napa,” Stanly Ranch has revealed an enclave of modern ranch residences within a historic 712-acre ranch, just an hour from San Francisco.
The Vineyard Homes comprise nine enclaves, each with a collection of private homes set amidst the vineyards, ranging from 5,800 to 8,950 square feet of interior and exterior living space. Designed by California residential design expert Bob White’s Forest Studio and EBTA Architects, each residence offers three to six bedrooms. The fully furnished two bedroom/two-and-a-half-bath villas include outdoor showers with courtyards, "dramatic" ceiling heights on the second floor and outdoor dining and BBQ areas.
The outdoor living experience includes a pool, water features, landscaped courtyards and dining areas for al fresco entertaining. Outdoor kitchens are available as upgrades. Owners of the Vineyard Homes will have the opportunity to access exclusive Auberge services, amenities and experiences through a Stanly Ranch Club membership.
Set on more than 700 acres of vineyards in the Carneros Region of Napa Valley, Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection will open in early 2022, following the start of residential sales, and includes 135 hotel cottage suites, all with outdoor terraces, fire pits and views of the property’s vineyards and the Mayacamas Mountains. Stanly Ranch will offer five dining venues that pay homage to local farmers and makers with a working fruit and vegetable farm, and a vineyard producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The farm’s produce will be available to residents, and homeowners will also have access to resort programming, amenities, and premium access to the region’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals.
Stanly Ranch will also offer a range of immersive ranch experiences, including farm-to-fork dinners with ingredients handpicked and created alongside the master gardener, garden-to-glass cocktail workshops, curated biking and hiking throughout the property’s extensive farms and vineyards, Ranch Hand Retreats, Plant Safaris, lessons led by Stanly Ranch’s makers community on creating dried floral arrangements, wooden cutting boards, and many more hands-on opportunities that will deepen connections between land and community.
