Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club Launches Private Air Charter Service

Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club has announced the launch of the Aurora Anguilla Private Charter Service, effective November 18, 2022.

Guests can fly to and from the resort, departing from key market airports: Fort Lauderdale Airport; Dulles International Airport and Westchester County Airport. The arrival airport in Anguilla is Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport. The resort’s private charter service will use the following routes:

  • Fly Direct Florida—Commencing on November 18, this route will operate one weekly flight until December 23. There will be two flights per week starting December 23, offering for four- and seven-night FlyDirect packages.
  • Fly Direct New York—Commencing on December 22, this route will operate two flights per week offering four- and seven-night FlyDirect packages.
  • Fly Direct D.C.—Commencing on December 21, this route will operate two flights per week, offering four- and seven-night FlyDirect packages.

There are two methods to reserve Aurora Anguilla’s Private Charter Service. The first is the resort’s “Fly Direct Plane Package,” which includes a charter flight and resort accommodations. Alternatively, guests can add their flight to an existing room reservation.

In December 2021, the property was rebranded as the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club and is now managed by Salamander Hotels & Resorts. The property’s owner, Richard M. Schulze, further plans to add a 500-seat amphitheater for live entertainment; a new restaurant called Tokyo Bay; and a nine-hole Signature Short Course.

Aurora Anguilla offers ocean-view Island Suites with wraparound terraces and private jacuzzis. For larger groups, the resort also has three- and five-bedroom villas, as well as private 6,300-square-foot Estate Homes that include a dedicated butler and private pool. The resort offers seven restaurants and lounges with varied culinary offerings.

The Aurora International Golf Club, which has views of the Caribbean Sea and shoreline, was recently re-mastered. The project was overseen by Greg Norman Golf Course Design. The 18-hole Signature Design championship course is ideal for accomplished and novice golfers alike.
