AVANI to Open Second Australia Property in August


AVANI Hotels & Resorts, announced the development of AVANI Central Melbourne Residences, its second property in Australia. The 55-story, 456-room property is due to be fully completed in August this year.

Located in the northern part of Melbourne’s City Centre, AVANI Central Melbourne Residences will be situated close to the Melbourne Central railway station and a short distance away from the Queen Victoria Markets. Melbourne’s public transport network also places the hotel within easy reach of areas like the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Etihad Stadium, St Kilda Road, Southbank and Docklands.

AVANI Central Melbourne Residences will have an indoor swimming pool with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline and two outdoor spas, set adjacent to three outdoor entertaining areas with BBQs and built-in seating. Guests can also enjoy ping pong or billiards in one of two games rooms, relax in the sauna or steam room, and participate in yoga sessions in the dedicated yoga room.

AVANI Central Melbourne Residences will join AVANI Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of over 23 properties operating around the world. The brand has recently opened AVANI+ Luang Prabang in Laos on March 1, and has a pipeline of new properties under development in South Korea, the Maldives, Mauritius, Tunisia and Oman.
