The hotel tucked within Costa Rica’s Playa Langosta and the Baulas National Park is launching a series of luxury wellness retreats. The Yoga and Martial Arts retreat will encourage participants to practice asanas and ancient vinyasas combined with Martial Arts, bodywork tips and more.

Cala Luna Boutique Hotel & Villas says a typical morning at Cala Luna begins with outdoor yoga classes surrounded by jungle and the sounds of native birds and monkeys.
