Capella Bangkok Opens for Reservations Ahead of October 1 Debut

Capella Bangkok is now accepting reservations for stays from October 1, 2020. The opening is Capella Hotels and Resorts’ first property in Thailand.

Situated within the Chao Phraya Estate, Capella Bangkok has 101 guestrooms, suites and villas, each of which offers views of the river. The location was selected, Capella says, due to its access to the Chao Phraya River and Charoenkrung Road—Bangkok’s oldest paved road (it’s also where you can find some of the city’s trendiest cafes, bars and art galleries). A team of Capella Culturists will be on hand to craft enriching experiences centered around the neighborhood and its residents.

Ranging from 657 square feet to 6,400 square feet, each of the accommodations is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony or verandah. Every riverside Villa and Verandah accommodation also has an outdoor jacuzzi plunge pool.

To mark the unveiling, Capella Bangkok is offering “A Star Is Born” debut rate of $563-plus per night for stays starting October 1, 2020 onwards. The opening offer includes:

  • Daily resort credits ranging from approximately $100 to $250 per day (depending on room category) to be used on accommodation, dining or spa treatments
  • Round-trip limousine transfers for villa guests
  • Daily breakfast for two in the room or at the restaurant
  • Flexible check-in and check-out times
  • Complimentary pressing of up to five pieces of clothes per stay
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic minibar

Guests can use daily resort credits at all restaurants, including Côte by Mauro Colagreco, whose three-Michelin-starred restaurant in France, Mirazur, claimed first place in “The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards” in 2019. Côte will serve “contemporary reinterpretations of traditional recipes” from the French and Italian Riviera. The al fresco Phra Nakhon restaurant will serve “time-honored Thai recipes of the district,” while Stella will serve patisserie and libations staged in an ethereal boudoir.

John Blanco serves as the general manager of Capella Bangkok.
