The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL has announced The Diplomat Spa + Wellness’s partnership with Core Fitness Training (CFT). CFT Studio at the Diplomat Landing is a new spot for local health enthusiasts and hotel guests, as it offers modern equipment, daily classes and fitness trainers. Guests can download the Core Fitness Training app on Android or iOS to preview the most up-to-date daily fitness schedule, information on its instructors or to reserve a spot within minutes.

Located along the Atlantic oceanfront, The Diplomat Spa + Wellness offers an experience designed to revitalize the mind, body and soul. The program is led by Dean Statler, president and fitness professional of Core Fitness Training, and a personal trainer whose training methods cater to the needs of clients with various abilities, goals and fitness levels. CFT is centered around high-intensity interval training, also known as HIIT. The 3,200-square-foot studio includes an array of equipment, such as heavy bags for boxing, kettle bells, battler ropes, medicine balls and sleds.
