Four Seasons in Costa Rica Debuts Fully Inclusive Estate Homes

Earlier this month, Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo debuted a new, fully inclusive offering available when booking the resort’s private luxury estate home accommodations. Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo will be the first property in the brand’s portfolio to offer the program.

Located at the highest point of the resort and set in a gated enclave, the estate homes range from 5,274 to 6,662 square feet in size. Guests can now enjoy a variety of customized and complimentary offerings, including all food and beverage, unlimited spa treatments and fitness classes at the newly renovated spa and wellness center, as well as golf rounds and rental clubs at The Ocean Course at Peninsula Papagayo, the resort’s 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. Estate homes also come complete with a private butler to arrange personalized excursions and in-villa experiences, a fully stocked in-home bar, private airport transfers for maximum privacy and special access to Prieta Bay Beach Club, the exclusive Peninsula Papagayo members-only beach club.

Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica’s new fully inclusive private estate home program is available at the three following private estates:

  • Casa del Cielo – Overlooking the bay, Casa del Cielo is the resort’s largest residential estate offering three king beds, two double beds, a sofa bed, four marble bathrooms, a guest powder room, outdoor shower and a guest cottage with a private bathtub and shower. This 6,662-square-foot gated home has floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor showers, a heated infinity pool and whirlpool, outdoor grill and grand gazebo, decks and outdoor seating providing wraparound bay-to-ocean views.
  • Casa del Mar – Set in the tropical forest, Casa del Mar offers three king beds, two double beds, a sofa bed, four marble bathrooms, a guest powder room and nanny’s quarters with a private bathtub and shower. With views of Blanca and Virador beach, this private estate spans 6,662 square feet and includes outdoor showers overlooking the surrounding forest, a heated infinity pool and whirlpool, outdoor grill and grand gazebo and an expansive back patio.
  • Casa de la Luna – Carved into the hillside, Casa de la Luna offers two king beds, two double beds, a sofa bed, three marble bathrooms and a guest powder room with a shower. This 5,274-square-foot estate includes a large infinity pool and whirlpool, spacious outdoor showers overlooking the ocean, outdoor grill and grand gazebo.

Available year around, the fully inclusive private estate home is available for $17,000 to $37,000 per night for a three-night minimum stay.  Blackout dates are December 25, 2019 to January 1, 2020.
