Four Seasons is expanding its Private Retreats collection of luxury villa and residence rentals with new openings in Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol; Caye Chapel in Belize; Tropicalia in the Dominican Republic; New Cairo Capital at Madinaty; and Cartagena, Colombia. According to Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO, Four Seasons, the company expects to increase its offerings from 800 homes in 30 destinations to more than 1,000 over the next three years.
Four Seasons Private Retreats offer privacy with access to hotel facilities and personalized, round-the-clock service. From pre-arrival to departure, guests can enjoy a seamless journey across all touch points, from the customized booking process to the Four Seasons mobile app and chat service, Kids For All Seasons programming, and a carefully curated stay itinerary by a concierge team.
Nature-based retreats include the first exclusive-use, five-acre UNESCO hideaway at Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah in a seven-bedroom private island only bookable in its entirety for up to 22 guests. Accommodation options include the Three-Bedroom Beach Villa, Mezzanine Suites in The Beach House and the Two-Bedroom Water Villa. Guests can spot coral reefs and resident dolphins during a cruise onboard a 62-foot private luxury yacht, indulge in a customized treatment in the Ocean of Consciousness spa, or enjoy beachfront barbecues and signature creations by chefs in-villa.
At Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, French Polynesia, guests can enjoy views of Mount Otemanu from the infinity-edge pool of the Three-Bedroom Premier Beachfront Villa Estate, or dine on the white-sand beachfront with live entertainment from Polynesian fire dancers. They can also take a private underwater adventure with a local guide across Coral Gardens and swim with reef fish or interact with stingrays in the shallow waters.

Wellness retreats include the bi-level Casa Las Olas Six-Bedroom Residence at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica; One-Bedroom Hotel Residence Garden View at Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, Japan; and the Three-Bedroom Grand Residence Pool Villa at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Culinary enthusiasts can consider a stay at the three-story Marybelle Penthouse Suite at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Surfside, Florida; the newly renovated Five-Bedroom Arena Beach House located on Manzanillas Beach at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico; and the Three-Bedroom Vineyard Residential Villa at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley.
