Hands-On Culinary Programs From The St. Regis Bal Harbour

The St. Regis Bal Harbour on Miami Beach has introduced several hands-on culinary programs designed for groups. The Forbes five-star AAA five-diamond resort features two infinity pools, access to Miami Beach, a Remede Spa, and the St. Regis Athletic Club. 

New programs include:

Macaron Class

Pastry Chef Guillermo Perez teaches guests the art traditional French macrons while they sip rosé. Afterwards, participants enjoy a bird cage high tea at La Gourmandise and have the opportunity to taste their creations. Included is a welcome reception, ingredients, Chefs apron, and tools.

French Cooking Class

Guests take a crash course in traditional French cuisine with Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald and create an amuse bouche and appetizer to enjoy as a group. Guests then enjoy a private dinner and dessert created by Chef. The package includes a welcome reception, a hard copy of all the recipes and chefs aprons to take home as a souvenir.

Mediterranean Cooking Class

Chef de Cuisine Tasos Chasekioglou of Greek restaurant Atlantikos shows guests how to cook authentic Greek meal. Participants will learn how to cook a three-course meal as well as have the opportunity to create their own tea blend as  a souvenir. All guests will enjoy a welcome reception and are provided with ingredients, tools and an apron.

Educational Wine Tasting

Led by Sommelier Marco Esposito, guests take part in an educational wine tasting at the exclusive St. Regis Bal Harbour wine vault. Included is a charcuterie plate during the tasting and take-home information about each wine discussed.

Sabering Class Ritual

Sommelier Marco Esposito teaches guests the art of champagne sabering from. Included are champagne, bonbons, and additional information about this historical ritual.
Time: 1 Hour | Participants: 2-8 | Price: $95 per person

Catch & Cook Experience

To celebrate The St. Regis Bal Harbour’s fifth anniversary, this over-the-top experience includes a five-hour-long fishing excursion with Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald, cooking demo and five-course dinner with wine pairings. Guests are provided with transportation from St. Regis Bal Harbour to the marina, boat rental, and lunch and beverages on board.
