J.K. Place Details Plans on Future Openings, Renovations

J.K. Place, the Italian boutique hotel chain, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. To commemorate the milestone, J.K. Place will soon unveil a coffee table book, Bellosguardo, in addition to a playful ball cap collaboration with Snoopy. Looking ahead, J.K. Place has ambitious plans, including the opening of an exclusive J.K. Residence Club in Rome in 2024, as well as a Milan opening set for 2025, adding to the brand's portfolio of exceptional properties.

Here's what to know:

By the end of 2024, the group will open J.K. Residence Club in a historic setting in Rome on Via dei Prefetti. The property will offer personalized services, including butlers and privates chefs, besides a well-equipped gym, available to both Club members and J.K. Place Roma guests, at just an easy five-minute walk.

J.K. Place Capri will undergo a renovation project, which will see the addition of eight new suites and a renovated spa, with treatments and products from Dr. Barbara Sturm. In Paris, the J.K. Place Spa recently launched treatments utilizing the Noble Panacea line, capitalizing on its scientific innovations to provide anti-aging therapies for the hotel’s guests.

Additionally, the brand will debut in Italy with J.K. Place Milan in 2025. It will have 40 rooms, making it the largest hotel in the collection, as well as a spa, a street-side bar and café, and restaurant, both open to the public.

In celebration of the group’s 20th anniversary, J.K. Place will unveil Bellosguardo,” a coffee table book that tells the story of the brand since its inception, in addition to a fashion brand partnership with Snoopy—the internationally beloved “Peanuts” comic strip beagle. The book will be available for purchase at the J.K. Place hotels, via publisher Gruppo Editoriale, and online; the J.K. Place x Snoopy baseball caps will launch this summer.
