Jumeirah Group Opens All-Villa Resort in Bali

Jumeirah Group has announced the opening of Jumeirah Bali, its first resort in Indonesia. Located in the Pecatu region at the south-west of Bali, the all-villa luxury resort sits on the beach area of Uluwatu and is designed for couples, groups and solo travelers alike.

The resort offers 123 villas perched atop limestone cliffs in one- and two-bedroom configurations, besides a four-bedroom Royal Water Palace. Each villa has a private pool and outdoor living area with an open pavilion overlooking the sunset horizon or a garden. All villas feature views of the Indian Ocean. Guests will also have access to a private beach.

There are three signature restaurants and bars. AKASA Gastro Grill, scheduled to open in June, employs "ancient cooking methods and techniques." A resident DJ and mixologist complete the scene. Located on the oceanfront, all-day dining spot, SEGARAN, offers Balinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, with a farm-to-table philosophy. MAJA Sunset Pool Lounge will serve cocktails and finger food by one of the infinity pools overlooking the ocean.

Jumeirah Bali will also house the Talise Spa with two private treatment rooms. It will launch the full spa experience, complete with Turkish hammam, and therapies incorporating Balinese techniques in July. Guests can customize their experience using organic products and make the most of the spa’s additional wellness facilities, which include the sauna, steam bath and Vichy shower treatments. The resort additionally has a fitness center, infinity pools and a children’s club. Guided meditation and yoga classes are hosted by the resort’s resident Master Yogi.

The resort supports the local community through the Jumeirah Uluwatu Foundation, dedicated to the wellbeing of the Balinese people.

Deal: As an inaugural promotion, Jumeirah Bali is offering discounts for stays until March 31, 2023, booked before June 30, 2022. This includes 25 percent discount on room rates, a 10 percent discount on food and beverage, a complimentary upgrade, plus breakfast and resort credit (for stays of two nights or more). Members of the group’s rewards program, Jumeirah One, will receive 30 percent discount and more benefits.
