Kempinski Hotels to Manage New Luxury Residences in Istanbul

Kempinski has announced that it has signed a new management contract for luxury residences in Balmumcu, Istanbul, slated to open in early 2024.

Located in the heart of a seven-plus-acre site—most of which will be preserved as park—Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, Istanbul, will be home to 155 residences with views of the Bosphorus, spread across five buildings and 11 villas. Ranging from 2,088 to 14,423 square feet, the residences and villas will offer a host of services provided by Kempinski, including dedicated residential concierge services, a Resident’s Lounge, gym, outdoor pool and valet parking.

There are 155 residences in numerous configurations and all units will offer views of the Bosphorus and the city’s skyline. Larger units such as the duplex Roof Penthouses have balconies and dual-aspect windows, while the Garden Duplex residences include private pools and outdoor space. The kitchens are fully equipped, while the marble bathrooms have standalone tubs and private balconies.

The Residents’ Lounge is one of several social spaces where owners can mingle with other residents. Outside, the swimming pool and Vitamin Bar overlook more than 258,334 square feet of surrounding parkland, and a dedicated kids’ pool. Other facilities include a private gym, 24-hour security, valet parking and a Residence Concierge, who can organize additional services such as dry cleaning and laundry, airport transfers and secretarial services.

Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, Istanbul is a stone’s throw from the Central Business District and the luxury boutiques and restaurants of the Zorlu Center. It offers easy access to transport links, retail experiences and nightlife.

Kempinski Residences Balmumcu will join three other Kempinski-managed branded residences already under operations in the city—Kempinski Residences Astoria, Kempinski Residences Bellevue and Macka Residences by Kempinski—all of which were developed by Astaş Holding, and the legendary Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul on the banks of the Bosphorus.

Construction of Kempinski Residences Balmumcu is already underway and the first residences will be handed over to owners in early 2024.
