The all-new Mantra Samui Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Thailand, unveiled its all new wellness experienced, “A Mantra for Mantra.” The new wellness package accompanies the opening of the resort’s new natural spa, the Jai Spa.

The Jai Spa captures the design motif of the entire resort; the space has four softly lit private treatment rooms and a foot reflexology area. The spa has bamboo-clad walls that reach up to a lofty ceiling, inspired by the dense jungle that surrounds the hillside property.

The spa blends most of its treatment products in-house, using natural ingredients harvested right from its home-grown botanical gardens. Jai’s flagship concoctions are infused with Thai herbs, and homegrown lemongrass steams the spa’s atmosphere. The signature treatment, the Yaa Jai deploys coconut milk for a deep, tension-releasing massage. Warm coconut poultices are also applied to tight spots to further reduce stress.
