METT Hotel & Beach Resort, Bodrum to Reopen on April 23

METT Hotel & Beach Resort Bodrum is set on the Turkish Riviera against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea with a view of the iconic Bodrum Castle. The property, located just under an hour’s drive from Milas-Bodrum International Airport, is set to reopen on April 23.

There are 72 guestrooms and 31 suites, lofts and villas, complete with sea views, private pools and gardens. For a large group of friends or families wanting extra privacy, METT Bodrum offers four- and five-bedroom villas spread across three floors. Each accommodation has an indoor pool, garden and shaded outdoor dining area. Located on a hill overlooking the city of Bodrum, Villa Ak Ana comprises four bedrooms spread across 2,583 square feet, along with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, garden and a 43-foot pool.

The newest Villa Poseidon offers 3,660 square feet of living space and offers both sunrise and sunset views. It can accommodate up to five guests and has two bedrooms complete with dressing areas and marble bathrooms with Hermes amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, private Turkish hammam and sauna, and living areas with fireplaces. Villa Poseidon’s pool and sun deck transition into terraced outdoor living areas with outdoor showers.

FOLIE Restaurant & Sea offers two guest experiences: The seaside beach club with live entertainment and music mixes by DJs, and the adjacent Southern Mediterranean open-air restaurant featuring seafood dishes. Isola Manzara Gardens is an Italian restaurant offering dinner options and Italian wines.

At FOLIE Beach Club, guests can relax on the sun loungers dotted across the wooden deck or curl up on a floating sea hammock. Alternatively, they can chill by the swimming pool. The resort’s four cabanas can be booked for a daytime party, complete with a DJ, waiter service and spa therapist; nighttime reservations set the scene for a romantic dinner.

The resort’s MOI Spa, spanning 9,150 square feet, includes a Turkish hammam, heated indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, infrared sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and relaxation areas. Guests can enjoy a range of signature experiences including massages. They can also visit RAISE Fitness & Wellness for a cardio or strength session. The resort also offers daily fitness activities including Pilates, yoga and on-call fitness trainer.

Nearby attractions include Gümbet Mills, the ruins of the Halicarnassus Mausoleum, and the Bodrum Castle, built in the 4th century BC with stones from the mausoleum at Halicarnassus. It recently reopened following extensive renovation and now houses the Museum of Underwater Archeology. Guests can also go on vineyard tours and tastings, or opt for full- or half-day scuba diving sessions.
