Located on Saadiyat Island, Nobu Hotel will have 165 guestrooms and suites, including a Nobu Villa. The hotel will offer destination dining including a Nobu restaurant with waterfront and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi views mirroring the Nobu Malibu. Besides access to more than five miles of beachfront, guests can make use of the wellness and fitness center, swimming pools, and exclusive access to all that the island has to offer.
Situated alongside the hotel and just a seven-minute drive from downtown Abu Dhabi, the development includes Nobu-branded residences. Offering a mix of multi-bedroom waterfront residences and penthouses with unobstructed views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the Nobu Residences will offer bespoke amenities and services.
