Nobu Hospitality Coming to Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi

Nobu Hospitality and real-estate developer Aldar Properties PJSC, have announced plans to introduce the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences in Abu Dhabi in 2026.

Located on Saadiyat Island, Nobu Hotel will have 165 guestrooms and suites, including a Nobu Villa. The hotel will offer destination dining including a Nobu restaurant with waterfront and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi views mirroring the Nobu Malibu. Besides access to more than five miles of beachfront, guests can make use of the wellness and fitness center, swimming pools, and exclusive access to all that the island has to offer.

Situated alongside the hotel and just a seven-minute drive from downtown Abu Dhabi, the development includes Nobu-branded residences. Offering a mix of multi-bedroom waterfront residences and penthouses with unobstructed views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the Nobu Residences will offer bespoke amenities and services. Guests can also enjoy exclusive access to social experiences and events.

Saadiyat Island is a well-known leisure, business, residential and cultural center. Home to free-roaming gazelles, white-sand beaches and critically endangered hawksbill turtles, the island also offers the a large concentration of cultural assets, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Natural History Museum, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the Zayed National Museum, as well as other attractions. Guests and residents of the island can also perfect their swing on the region’s premier waterfront golf course or simply relax on the island’s sprawling stretch of white beaches and protected coastal areas.

Other Nobu openings in the pipeline slated for next year and beyond include: Marrakech (January 2023); Atlantic City (March 2023); Rome (May 2023); Los Cabos Residences (May/June 2023); San Sebastian (June 2023); and Toronto (2024).
