Nobu has announced its first property in South America, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Nobu Hotel, Residences and Restaurant will be located in the Wall Street district and will be a blend of business and lifestyle accommodations.
Nobu Hotel São Paulo will not only offer Nobu's signature culinary offerings but will also feature a rooftop bar and pool, event space, fitness and health center and 15,000 square meters of exclusive Nobu Residences.
This is the second exclusive Nobu Residences project following the launch of Nobu Residences Toronto. Nobu Hotel São Paulo will be operated under an ownership agreement with Ester Endo, CEO and founder of Address Consulting and Associates and Fabiano Barletta, Commercial Partner.
Nobu Hospitality was founded by internationally renowned Japanese Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper.
Nobu Hotel Epiphany is set to open this October in Palo Alto, CA with Nobu Hotel Riyadh in Saudi Arabia to follow later this year. Nobu Hotel Marbella, Los Cabos, Chicago, Barcelona, and Toronto are scheduled to open sometime in 2018 while Nobu Hotel Bahrain is scheduled to open in 2019.
The first Nobu Hotel opened in 2013 as a boutique hotel within Caesars Palace Las Vegas and has since expanded to locations in Manila, Miami Beach, Malibu, and Shoreditch London.
No word yet on when Nobu Hotel São Paulo will open.
