Omniyat Announces Groundbreaking for AVA at Palm Jumeirah

Dubai-based real estate developer Omniyat and the Dorchester Collection have broken ground on AVA at Palm Jumeirah. To symbolize the groundbreaking of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, Omniyat illuminated the Palm Jumeirah sky with a singular beacon of light.

Located on the shores of the gulf, AVA at Palm Jumeirah will offer 17 residences with private pools on terraces offering 270-degree views of Dubai’s skyline and the city’s beaches, besides the iconic landmarks of Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. There will be just one unit per floor, including three- and four-bedroom residences, as well as one duplex. Amenities will include a resident-only cinema, a private pool within each residence, lounges for residents to unwind, and a fully equipped fitness center and spa.

Similar to its neighbor One at Palm Jumeirah, AVA at Palm Jumeirah will also be managed by Dorchester Collection. Each resident will receive the same services as they would expect to receive in Dorchester Collection’s properties worldwide; this includes 24/7 residence concierge services, doorman and porter services, personal valet and a full menu of a-la-carte services, to name a few.

Beyond the two residences, Dorchester Collection will also be making its hotel debut in the Middle East this year. Previously, it announced The Lana, offering 225 guestrooms right in the Burj Khalifa District, overlooking the Business Bay area. The Lana will offer 21 signature suites, each with an open floor plan and residential feel. There will be a modern Mediterranean restaurant, a signature restaurant and lounge on the hotel’s 18th floor, a spa, and rooftop pool on the 30th floor.

AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, is Omniyat’s 12th and most recent project.
