Kempinski has signed a management agreement with real-estate company Swiss Property to manage Kempinski Residences The Creek. The project is a collection of 285 apartments ranging from one- to four-bedroom duplexes. Situated in Al Jaddaf on the banks of Dubai Creek, the project comprises two buildings that evoke the rugged formations of a wadi, with terraces that provide ample outdoor space for families, and views of the Dubai skyline and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
Swiss Property has envisaged Kempinski Residences The Creek to meet the demands of owners seeking a balanced lifestyle committed to health and wellness. The residences are surrounded by gardens dotted with intimate corners, shaded pavilions, play areas and walkways, a swimming pool, a padel, beach volleyball and basketball court, as well as abundant space for outdoor exercises. Inside, owners will have access to a gym and fitness center with garden views, a private cinema and a residents’ clubhouse.
The residences will offer a range of layout options and ample storage and wardrobe space. Interiors will include high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The larger residences offer spacious private terraces.
The residences are located 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. Retail, dining and entertainment venues, and Dubai International Finance Center are a short drive away. The Swiss International Scientific School is a short walk away.
Apartments at Kempinski Residences The Creek are expected to be handed over to new owners from late 2024.
