The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, a luxury ski resort in Beaver Creek, CO, is inviting guests to experience the new “Après After Dark” offering at the Bachelors Lounge, an adults-only venue where guests can enjoy cocktails, a late-night food menu and parties hosted by local DJs. The hidden indoor/outdoor lounge will now be open daily until April 15, 2018.
At the Bachelors Lounge, guests can enjoy bites inspired by the menus from Buffalos restaurant and the resort’s signature restaurant, WYLD. A late-night menu is paired with a curated selection of locally sourced drafts, spirits and wines as well as craft mixology.
Those 21 and older can order signature cocktails like “Night Out with a Bachelor," a warm drink using the resort’s proprietary liquor, Bachelors Bourbon. The specially crafted cocktails are part of the new beverage menu created by Daniel Rodriguez, arriving from Dorado Beach, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Guests can take in the indoor atmosphere during a romantic date night or they can head out to the heated outdoor space where they’ll find a modern gas fireplace and a premium cigar lounge that offers a selection of premium cigars––including the world’s most expensive cigar. Guests will be greeted and guided by Alexandra Kaplan, who has been at the Lounge since its conception and is an expert in all things cigars.
Highlights of the Bachelors Lounge menu include:
- Seared Sesame Seed Crusted Ahi Tuna with Miso Soy Vinaigrette
- Short Rib Brochette
- Herbed Goat Cheese & Tomato Jam
- Crispy Pork Belly with Chipotle Lime Aioli
- Avocado Fries
The Bachelors Lounge will host local DJs throughout the season, including December 26-31, 2017; February 16-18, 2018 and March 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31, 2018.
