Rome Cavalieri Launches New Luxury Experiences and Programming

Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel has rolled out a range of signature seasonal programming and new immersive experiences to celebrate its Diamond Anniversary. These include a newly launched mindfulness excursion and returning favorites such as the Chandon Garden Spritz pop-up and summer IT Kids Club.

New to Rome Cavalieri’s selection of signature luxury experiences is “The Mindfulness Experience,” designed to bring renewed balance and psychophysical relaxation for a 360-degree sensory journey. The excursion begins with a tour of the hotel’s private art collection. Drawing from the study of neuroesthetics, the activity will stimulate the release of neurotransmitters known to induce feelings of well-being. The itinerary continues with an open-air horseback tour around Ostia Antica, the largest archeological site in Europe. Rounding off the day, guests will visit the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club for a yoga session, and conclude with a special massage treatment.

The Chandon Garden Spritz Restaurant & Bar is back for a second year, from Thursdays through Sundays. Besides summer cocktails, wines and champagnes, guests can enjoy a menu of light bites, tacos, sushi rolls, and other sweet and savory nibbles.

A popular fixture every summer, the IT Kid’s Club offers programming for children aged four to 12. Activities include inflatable slides and water games by the pools, as well as educational and engaging experiences held indoors. Additional highlights include paper animation tutorials, learning how to put on a magic show, gardening activities, sports games, learning the importance of recycling, and more. The IT Club is complimentary for hotel guests through September 2, 2023.

As the official hotel of the 2023 Ryder Cup, Rome Cavalieri also encourages guests to play a round of golf at the nearby Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, which will host the Ryder Cup tournament this September. The Rome Cavalieri concierge team can help arrange an experience for golf enthusiasts who want to get a sneak peek of the course before it is taken over by the competition.
