Todos Santos Boutique Hotel Opens in Mexico

Located on Mexico’s Baja California peninsula an hour north of Cabo, Todos Santos Boutique Hotel is set within a renovated historic estate formerly owned by a Spanish countess. Originally constructed as a heritage landmark in 1890, the 10-key boutique property has been brought back to its former glory.

A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the property’s mix of rooms and suites are complete with curated furniture and a different hand-painted mural by artist Nef Espino. Accommodation options include two spacious suites, the Rosa and the Pilar, each with a living room, desk and bar setup, plus a private plunge pool. The Lower Level Villa’s suites, Maria and Luis, include breakfast nooks; Luis also has a private plunge pool and garden. Overlooking the property, the Upper Level Villa is home to two rooms, Santiago and José, both of which have balconies. The final four rooms—Ignacio, Borja, Loreto and Francisco—are located along the corridor in the Historic Building.

The property also houses a selection of drinking and dining options including 1890, an elevated dining experience blending global cuisine with local flavors. La Copa serves cocktails alongside Baja-inspired snacks, both of which can also be found at the Pool Bar. For a more intimate affair, the wine cellar, La Cava, is available for private events. Other facilities include a secluded heated pool, a rooftop terrace and serene communal spaces.

Guests can also enjoy off-roading experiences through Todos Santos’ sheer cliffs with Rock Pirates Back Country Adventures, besides yacht charters through Ocean Line Yachts, which offers both day and overnight charters.
