Vista Collina Resort Opens in Napa Valley

Vista Collina Resort, a Meritage Collection property, is now open in Napa Valley. Set amid 11 acres and with Tuscan-style décor, Vista Collina Resort offers a Village with nine tasting rooms from local wineries and breweries, a locally sourced artisanal market and a community lawn for picnic, play and private concerts. The 145-room hotel, including 39 suites with fully-equipped kitchens, is located a short drive from downtown Napa.

The centerpiece of The Village is nine tasting rooms with offerings from boutique wineries and microbreweries in Napa Valley, including Trinitas Cellars, Foley Food & Wine Society, Jayson by Pahlmeyer, Napa Smith Brewery and more.

On the second Sunday of each month starting in August, The Village’s Artisan Market allows guests the opportunity to meet local artisans, sample specialties and take a piece of Napa Valley home while enjoying live music and the option to purchase a picnic-style lunch curated by executive chef Vincent Lesage. The Food & Wine Center, opening later this fall, will offer an exhibition kitchen where on-site cooking classes will be offered regularly with rotating guest chefs and bakers alongside the resort’s culinary team.

Additionally, the onsite Fivetown Grocery offers a taste of the five towns that make up Napa Valley. Selections range from house made pasta and sauces to smoked barbeque and freshly baked bread, all made from scratch in small batches by Chef Lesage.

Another culinary highlight is the resort’s partnership with Napa-based culinary company Hestan Cue. Guests have the opportunity to prepare a selection of gourmet recipes with the resort’s own Chef Lesage in the privacy of their kitchen suites for a signature in-room culinary experience. The culinary team delivers farm-fresh ingredients to the room where guests can prepare their own gourmet meals using Hestan Cue’s own video-guided cooking system with temperature controls.

The resort also has a Fitness Center & Motion Studio; daily fitness classes available in its indoor studio as well as outside on its wellness lawn; a pool with 10 cabanas; 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space as well as access to the resort’s sister property, The Meritage Resort and Spa’s Spa Terra, located in a 22,000-square-foot underground cave.

Vista Collina Resort is offering its exclusive Opening Celebration Offer where guests can receive up to 25 percent off the best available rate and a $50 resort credit.
