W Toronto Debuts Suite Portfolio

W Toronto has unveiled two suites each across three categories, designed by creative agency Sid Lee. The six new suites at W Toronto are available for reservations.

The hotel’s six new suites offer a nod to old Toronto glamour while celebrating the neighborhood’s counterculture and theater district. With jewel-like tones of magentas, purples and mauves throughout, each suite has theatrical design elements, such as shimmery tassel curtains and lighting adorning each plush velvet bed frame. Other touches include artwork and biophilia inside each room that juxtapose nature with the metropolis. Examples include 3D black and silver metallic faces and painted panels inspired by nature in hues of light pink and purple. Each bed also features “I Miss You,” a pillow featuring original art by local artist Julia Mercanti. Lastly, all suites offer spacious living spaces for gatherings, intimate events and private dance parties, besides a fully stocked minibar flanked by a gold orb designed to showcase drinks for guests.

The new additions at W Toronto include two Extreme WOW Suites ("Presidential"), two WOW Suites ("Vice Presidential") and two Amplified Studio Suites.

Each Extreme WOW Suite is a 1,765-square-foot, bi-level accommodation with a bedroom, workspace and spacious, spa-inspired bathroom on the second level with round soaker tub and a shower for two. With city views, the E-WOW Suites include an expanded living room space, a dining table for eight and a full kitchenette complete with an oversized minibar for entertaining.

Facing both the city and the courtyard, the two 1,090-square-foot WOW Suites have an expansive entertaining and dining space, a separate bedroom where the bed is flanked with shimmery tassel curtains for peek-a-boo style privacy and a spa-inspired bathroom with jet and rainfall showers (with one WOW Suite featuring a soaker tub).

With a large, open-concept bedroom and living space with plenty of plush seating, the two, 667-square-foot Amplified Studio Suites have workspaces, bathrooms with dual vanities and rainfall showers.
